Welcome to Brain and Doodle Studio — a little corner of the internet made for planners, doodlers, dreamers, and everyone in between. By browsing, shopping, or downloading from our store, you’re agreeing to the sweet-but-serious terms below. We’ve kept them clear on purpose so you know exactly what to expect from us (and what we expect from you).

1. Welcome & Agreement
By accessing brainanddoodlestudio.com (the “Store”) or purchasing any of our digital or physical products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t place an order. When you check out, you’re confirming that you’re at least 18 years old (or shopping with a parent or guardian) and that the information you provided is accurate.

2. Our Products
Brain and Doodle Studio offers:
• Digital products — printable planners, coloring pages, journals, brain games, doodle sheets, GoodNotes-compatible PDFs, and other instant downloads.
• Physical products — print-on-demand apparel, stationery, drinkware, stickers, home décor, and keepsakes.
Every product is designed, illustrated, and curated in-house with love. Colors on your screen may vary slightly from printed items, and digital files are delivered in the formats listed on each product page.

3. All Sales Are Final — No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations
Because our products are either instantly downloadable or custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we have a strict no-returns, no-refunds, and no-cancellations policy. Once your order is placed, it can’t be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
Here’s the “why” behind it — and we promise it’s fair:
• Digital downloads can’t be “returned” once they’ve been accessed.
• Print-on-demand items are produced just for you the moment you order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be resold.
• Keeping this policy tight lets us keep our prices friendly and our designs fresh.
The one exception: if your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got you. Email us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll happily send a replacement of the same item. Please note that buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, incorrect shipping addresses, and change-of-mind requests do not qualify.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

4. Copyright, Intellectual Property & Personal-Use License
Every design, illustration, layout, mascot, character, doodle, planner page, coloring page, product photo, and word of copy you see in this Store is the original creative work of Brain and Doodle Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a product, you’re buying a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license — not the artwork itself. That means:

• Enjoy the product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Print a digital file for yourself as many times as you like.
• Use physical items (mugs, tees, stickers, etc.) in your daily life and share them on your personal social media (tags appreciated).
🚫 You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, or resell in any form — this includes selling our files, prints of our files, or physical merchandise on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, in person, or anywhere else.
• Share, forward, email, upload, or give away digital files — even for free.
• Claim our designs as your own, in whole or in part.
• Edit, alter, trace, recolor, or “flip” our artwork to create derivative products for sale.
• Use our designs to train, feed, or generate outputs from any AI or machine-learning model.
• Use our products, mascots, or brand elements for commercial purposes, bundles, freebies, lead magnets, memberships, print-on-demand shops, or client work.
Every design is copyrighted the moment it’s created, and we actively monitor for infringement. Unauthorized resale or reproduction is a violation of U.S. copyright law and may result in DMCA takedowns, platform reports, account removal, and legal action, including recovery of damages and legal fees.
If you’re a business, teacher, or creator who’d love to use our work commercially, we’re flattered — reach out at [your email] to ask about a commercial license. We do say yes sometimes.

5. Delivery
• Digital products are delivered instantly via a download link on the confirmation page and to your order email. Please save your files right away — download links may expire.
• Physical products are printed and shipped by our production partners. Typical production time is 2–7 business days, plus shipping. Delivery times vary by location and carrier and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We can’t reroute, refund, or replace orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

6. Pricing, Payments & Promotions
All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be added retroactively. Only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7. User Accounts & Conduct
If you create an account with us, you’re responsible for keeping your login information secure. You agree not to misuse the Store, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, upload harmful content, or use it in a way that infringes on the rights of Brain and Doodle Studio or anyone else.

8. Third-Party Services
Our Store runs on Shopify and uses print-on-demand and payment providers (such as Printify, Shopify Payments, PayPal, and shipping carriers). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to any services they provide. We’re not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability
Brain and Doodle Studio, its owner, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to keep things current with our products and the law. The most recent version will always live on this page, with the updated date at the top. Continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
